Yesterday our Internet was successfully installed.  The installation was quick and professionally done.  The download speed is much faster than that of Telus, and the upload speed is incredibly fast.

Shaw came when they said they would and did what they said they would.  We have Internet again!!!  I can’t wait to get home and plug in!

Today is the big day where our Internet should be reconnected.  We hope that shaw will not let us down!  Compaired to Telus so far the experience has been more pleasant.  The customer service has been better, though the wait times on the phone were very long at times (once I waited 46 minutes).
